Juventus Secures JHotel Purchase in €23 Million Deal
The Deal Details
On 20 March 2026, Juventus announced that it has reached an agreement to buy the land and the building of the J|hotel from the J Village Fund, managed by REAM SGR S.p.A., for a consideration of €23 million. The price was based on an independent valuation report. The hotel is currently leased and operated by B&W Nest S.r.l.
Strategic Implications
With this purchase, Juventus becomes the outright owner of all the key properties that support its operations. These include the Allianz Stadium (which houses the Juventus Museum, the Juventus Megastore and J|medical), the Continassa Headquarters, the Juventus Training Centre at Continassa, the Allianz Training Centre at Vinovo, the Juventus Creator Lab, and, once completed, the J|hotel. Owning these assets will allow the club to streamline costs and unlock revenue synergies.
Financial Context and Outlook
The combined market value of Juventus’ property portfolio is estimated to be significantly higher than the original purchase or construction costs, standing at approximately €220 million as of 31 December 2025. The transaction is expected to close by mid‑May, pending the usual due diligence and finalisation of the agreements. Although Juventus has the financial resources to fund the purchase outright, the club may choose to finance part of the deal. Juventus stresses that the transaction will not affect its future investment plans.
